Return & Cancellation

At Mr. and Mrs. Pet, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all your pet needs. By using our Website, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
   1. Review product/service details before purchase to confirm eligibility.
   2. Returns/exchanges are accepted only for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with tags intact, along with proof of purchase.
   3. Eligible cases include:
      1. Expired products at delivery
      2. Wrong or missing items
   4. Issues such as wrong or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images and unboxing video.
2. Items not eligible for return/exchange:
   1. Open or used items
   2. Taste, health, or preference complaints
   3. Tampered scratch codes, serial numbers, or seals
   4. Individual items of a combo
   5. Customized/personalized items (unless defective/damaged on arrival)
   6. Clearance or final sale items
   7. Hygiene-sensitive products (grooming tools, litter boxes, diapers etc.)
3. Pet Services
   1. Services like grooming, training, walking, hostel stays, etc., may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of booking (at the discretion of he company).
   2. Once communication with the service provider begins, the company may reject modification/cancellation requests at its discretion.
4. Order Cancellation
   1. Cancellations for products/services must be requested within 24 hours of placement.
   2. Cancellation requests are subject to approval at the company’s sole discretion depending upon the stage of delivery/processing. 
   3. If approved before processing/shipping, the full amount will be refunded within 10-15 business days.
   4. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
5. Damages and Issues
   1. Inspect all orders on receipt. Report defective, damaged, or wrong items within 48 hours.
   2. If the shipping box is damaged, reject delivery and contact us immediately.
6. Return & Refund Process
   1. Submit your return/exchange request via the Website contact form or email at hi@mrandmrs.pet, with details and supporting media.
   2. If accepted, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after inspection, to the original payment method.
   3. For Pay-on-Delivery orders, bank details will be required for digital transfer.
7. Company Rights
   1. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and will notify you via email/SMS.
   2. All Company decisions regarding returns, refunds, or cancellations are final and binding.
