    You can submit your grievance by email or through the “Contact Us” section of our website, providing your name, contact details, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Resolution Timeline
    1. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM
    2. Acknowledgment: Within 72 working hours
    3. Resolution: Within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the grievance. In cases requiring additional time due to the nature or complexity of the issue, the user will be informed of the revised timeline. 

All grievances are handled confidentially and shared only as required by law. This Policy is reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with applicable laws and operational best practices.
